Sensory Education Field Trips at We Rock the Spectrum

Give your students a field trip they’ll never forget! At We Rock the Spectrum, we combine hands-on sensory education with plenty of active play so every child can learn, explore, and have a blast. Our Sensory Education Field Trips are tailored to your students’ grade level and age, making the experience meaningful and memorable for all.

• Learn About the 8 Senses – Students explore an age-appropriate lesson on the 8 senses, going beyond the basics.

• Hands-On Sensory Activities – Includes an interactive activity to build sensory awareness and body awareness.

• Take-Home Learning Resources – Materials for educators and parents to extend learning beyond the gym.

Program Details:

Registration

Liability Form: All participants must complete a liability waiver, available on our website or at gym.
Booking: Reservations can be made via phone. A deposit is required at the time of booking.
Payment: Payments can be made in full at the time of booking or on the day of the event. If your group is tax-exempt, please provide a valid tax-exempt form when booking

Schedule

The entire field trip experience lasts between 1.5-3 hours, including an optional educational activity segment that takes 5-10 minutes.

Educational Goals

Our program includes a 5-10 minute learning activity by a We Rock the Spectrum coach, covering the following topic: Discover Your Senses: A Journey Inside Your Body

The presentation will be adapted to suit the age and grade level of the students.

Pricing

1.5 Hour Session (only available to groups with 10 or less kids): $8 per child (gym remains open to the public unless closure is requested).
2 Hour Session: $11 per child (gym will be closed to the public).
3 Hour Session: $13 per child (gym will be closed to the public and group will have access to our classroom for lunch and activities).
Gym Closure Fee: $100 required at the time of booking

Waivers

Liability Waiver: Group must have a liability waiver signed prior to event.

Food

Snacks: If you plan to provide snacks, please inform us in advance. We recommend nut-free options to accommodate allergies.
Lunch: Groups are welcome to bring their own lunch. A designated eating area can be provided with an additional fee. Food can be provided by We Rock the Spectrum for an additional fee.
